Small Groups

As one small group member has said:

“Small groups provide the opportunity to delve beyond the common, the superficial, to develop close and meaningful in-depth relationships. With frequent meetings, small groups foster intimacy and a sense of deep friendships which helps us see and feel God’s kingdom.”

Wednesday Bible Study
Wednesdays at 2:00pm

Our Wednesday evening Bible study is a lectionary-based study that meets every Wednesday at 2:00pm at First Baptist.  The lectionary readings for each week can be found at websites such as  All are welcome!

Northern Fellowship Group

The group meets at 7 PM on the first Tuesday of each month (September-June) at various homes. All are welcome, it is an open group; however, hosts are generally north of the downtown Dayton area.  The purpose of the group is to develop friendships on a deeper level. There is time for fellowship and open, lively discussion on a variety of topics.
